The registration fee for on-site participants covers the following:

  • participation in the conference
  • food (2 lunches and 4 snacks)
  • conference kit
  • printed certificate
  • fellowship dinner

For online participants, the registration fee covers participation in the conference online via a Moodle-based platform, developed in collaboration with the UP Open University, and an e-certificate.

  1. Please pay the registration fee before you accomplish the registration form. The registration fee can be paid through:

      Cash payment can be made at the University of the Philippines National Institute for Science and Mathematics Education Development (UP NISMED). UP NISMED is located in Quirino Ave., UP Diliman Campus, Quezon City. An official receipt will be issued upon payment.

  1. Using the online registration form, submit a proof of payment (i.e., screenshot of the transaction record made through GCash, PayPal or online bank transfer, or a picture of the official receipt if you pay in cash, or a picture of the deposit slip). The proof of payment must be  an image or a PDF file (max. file size is 1MB). Name the file using the following file naming convention: Last Name Initials of First Name and Middle Name_ Payment_ICSTEM (Example: ChavezMR_Payment_ICSTEM).
  1. Each participant pays the registration fee separately. If a group payment is made, each member must register individually.
    Note: The names of the members in the group payment are included in the accomplishment of the online registration form.
  1. For student participants, please upload a copy of a valid student registration form to avail of the reduced fee – (max. file size is 1MB). Use the following file naming convention: Last Name Initials of First Name and Middle Name_Student_ICSTEM (Example: RondaER_Student_ICSTEM).
  1. Please note that your registration will only be confirmed once your payment has been validated. You can expect to receive a confirmation email within 5-7 business days.
